Andrea shared her inspiration for the title of the episode, “The title came from something I heard once that always stuck with me. In the Bible, Satan is referred to as the Accuser because he always talks about how awful humanity is and how undeserving they are of God’s mercy until he’s finally rejected by God. And in our society, we call people who come forward about their abuse “accusers,” and generally deny, revile them and reject them as well.”
