Omid shared his short film COFFEE WITH BABA with us in his previous interview! Now he is announcing the expansion of this project:
We are proud to announce that our short film COFFEE WITH BABA will now serve as the pilot episode of an upcoming anthology web series called COFFEE WITH STRANGERS. Each episode will follow the same basic structure: Two or more people with differing worldviews get together for coffee, and a conversation ensues. This format allows us to delve into a wide range of topics in a far more granular and intimate way than you’d find in a traditional scripted series. We are currently planning 7 more episodes to be shot over the course of the next year or so, and are looking into grants to help with our budget.
